Mainstay Suites Dover

The hotel was clean and allowed pets to stay.

I liked the location because it was not congested. The outdoor facility was clean. The rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast bar. The atmosphere was nice. I look forward to returning to Mainstay Suites Dover. I like the fact that you have smoking and non-smoking rooms. I perfer to stay at your facility than any facility in Dover. My stay at your facility was pleasant. I informed my other family members and friends about your facility. They were impressed and said that they will also stay at Mainstay when they come to visit. So far I have told about 20 people. Your prices are reasonable and your facility are within minutes of shopping centers and other activities any one or families could enjoy on their vacation or just as weekend visit.

The room was an excellent value for the money paid. Wish we had a better view. It was close to our destination for the weekend.

Did not find anything negative about our stay.

Newer hotel that was within 2 miles of where we wanted to go

Your booking site had the price of the room incorrect at $14/nite... The hotel did not match & wanted to charge me full price at $119/nite. Had to get the manager involved to meet somewhere in the middle.... Kind of a pain to deal with!!! But, I'm not sure this is directed at the hotel or directed at your booking site!??

Rooms are clean. Check in quick and easy. Staff friendly and helpful. Bed/furniture very comfortable.

Bed and room in general were a little smaller than I expected.

My experience was disappointing due to inadequate room maintenance. There was a noticeable water damage that affected the overall ambiance. The cleanliness of the hallways left much to be desired.

It was fine time in Dover. The hotel was well-maintained and well appointed, I thoroughly enjoyed its VERY FRIENDLY staff. Handy location really close to the boardwalk and golf courses/casino and restaurants and entertainment venues, I felt safe.

The staff was very freindly and courteous. The room was clean.

I didn't like the size of the rooms. They are too small and compact. Also, there was no sign out front to let you know where you were.

The hotel had a lovely, inviting atmosphere with spacious rooms, specially designed to accommodate seniors. I particularly appreciated the cozy kitchenette, allowing me to enjoy my meals comfortably.

More accessible seating in common areas would help.

I had a great time at this hotel! The breakfast was impressive with plenty of options like waffle and yogurt, and the 24-hour coffee was a lifesaver. The room was spacious and clean, perfect for unwinding after a day out. I’d definitely return for another stay!

The staff were wonderful and accommodating with all of our needs with young children. It was very clean, new and welcoming and the breakfast area and tv sitting area in the lobby as well as the indoor pool were greatly enjoyed and the location was great.

Quiet and the whole staff was wonderful. Some when out of there way to accomadate you.
